Hello! My name is Nick Rotolo and I am a 3D Cinematic Animator currently based in New Jersey. I have a deep passion for storytelling and consider animation to be my medium. I had an instant connection to stories of adventure as a child, which ultimately turned into having my hand in as many different adventures as I could. I love books, games, movies, anything with a beginning, middle and end. I'm a sucker for a three act structure, bringing out the depth in a character's life, and of course, flashy animation with great timing.

I like to consider myself an artist who doesn't stop looking for new ideas. I take care to observe the world around me and implement what I learn into my work. I believe in making quality animation by informing a character's performance from reality, and making them feel, see, and interact with the world they live in. I think being open minded and a friendly face are key components to being an animator and an artist.

Just as a bonus: Some of my nerdy hobbies include hiking trails, dissecting film and TV, and rolling dice playing d&d on the weekends
